What are your delivery policies?

We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and other delivery terms. Beside, we can provide delivery customization service based on your requests.

When will you ship my order?

It will be shipped in 5 to 25 business days following the advance payment. And the exact delivery date is determined by the quantity of products ordered.

What's your payment policy?

T/T. A 30% deposit will be required, with the balance due before delivery. And before the balance is received, we will send you photos of the products and packages to demonstrate their status.

Do you have a free sample policy?

Yes, we will send you a free sample for delivery inspection after you sign the PI. New customers will be charged for sample and shipping costs, which will be refunded once the order is confirmed.
